Healing is for today!

My husband and I have a praise report to share with you…

Our 9-month old son was experiencing pain around his rib cage under his arms. Whenever he was picked up he would grimace and cry in pain. He also developed thrush in his mouth and had pain when eating. We brought him up to the altar to be prayed for after the Good Friday service. My husband and I also continued to pray for him and believe for his healing. By Sunday afternoon, all of the pain under his arms as well as the thrush in his mouth was gone… without doctors or medication

Since coming to Life Christian Church, my thinking about God has changed so much. I grew up in church and knew that God could heal..but only recently have I begun to get a revelation that God WILL heal and wants to heal ME. I love coming to church and I listen to the messages over and over during the week. The message of God’s grace is making a difference… I can feel it.

We prayed that God would help us find a church that preaches the message of grace, and Life Christian Church is an answer to our prayer.

We Have Been Unchained!

WHY LIVE BOUND?

What an Easter service we had. It was unchained! That’s what the resurrection was all about. Jesus has freed us to live a life free of anything that would hold us back. Why live bound when the Son has made us free!

I was so moved to see how many of you took that chain link and threw it into the trash can. I could see God setting people free forever!

We want to bring the fight out of you in our next series, “ripped off.” The gloves are coming off! We’re going to show you how to put a stop to anything negative in your life, so get ready.

I love you so much and I want you to know how grateful I am  to be your pastor.

God is Looking Out!

In the morning I was listening to Pastor Dino teach about God’s Hosts of angels and how He protects His children. On the way to work I was on the freeway and a car flew off of the median. It was driving against one way traffic and my car was right in its path.  Then right before my eyes, I watched this car go to the side like it was forced back.  Then God brought to my mind, "No weapon formed against you shall prosper." I quoted this scripture and, thanked God as I continued driving.

When I arrived at work there was a man who kept on pursuing me. He made sure that he opened every door for me and addressed me very respectfully. He even acted concerned with my safety.  The Holy Spirit brought to my remembrance how the Bible tells us that we often entertain angels.

I’ve always heard how much God loves us and is aware of us.  However, this week God revealed it to me! He saved me! Thinking about this, I just can't help but praise God! I am so thankful to Pastor Dino and Life Christian Church for teaching us how to recognize God's hand in our life!

God is For Me!

God wants me to have a good life!

I’ve been born again probably about 7 or 8 years, but have always struggled with believing for myself how much God loves me and wants to bless me in my health, finances, marriage, everything.  Well the last month or so I have chosen to receive ALL of God’s blessings and love.  I believe it was a choice I had to make to receive everything good from God.  Until I was ready, I would not receive everything.

I feel much more at peace and situations don’t seem so hard to get through anymore.  It is such a good feeling – I cannot tell you how easy it was to finally just receive it once I made that choice.  I believe the past few Sunday’s sermons by Pastor Dino had something to do with it. His explanations touched a place inside of me where I was finally able to see and grasp that health, prosperity, good relationships, and everything else good is for me and not just for other Christians.

The other thing is that at work, I got notice that I received a raise in pay at work so that I finally will be making over $25 an hour. This is a goal I’ve wanted for a long time.  I am excited and I love sharing my enthusiasm with others.  Now I just need to work on boldness to share the gospel more with non-believers.
